About Yishaï Wax
Yishaï Wax is a brand created in 2012 by Bienbel Gallardo. The haute couture and ready-to-wear fashion designer, offers originality, allure and she sublimates each person she dresses.
The challenge
Yishaï Wax, is a dynamic and modern brand, which offers allure and originality. She is inspired by the story of life and the mixture of cultures is at the heart of her ideas.
The fashion designer Bienbelle Gallardo wishes:
- A strong and impactful visual identity that reflects her values.
- Boost her online visibility and presence on social networks.
- Develop and retain her customers and followers
- May the acronym “YSW” (Yishaï Wax) made by hand by her husband be at the heart of the design.
Graphical and technical challenges
The handmade acronym
The acronym “YSW” made by hand by her husband must be integrated without being retouched, in order to keep the essence and authenticity. It's part of the brand's history.
Suitable for embroidery
The logo must be suitable for embroidery and flocking on textiles.

Fonts
For the creation of the logo, I used Pinyon Script for the brand name "Yishaï Wax" and Josefin Sans for the mention "Haute Couture".
Pinyon Script is a feminine, romantic, elegant font with long curls. And Josefin Sans, is an elegant font too, with its vintage style. This combination gives a glamorous and elegant result, which corresponds to the image of Yishaï Wax.
For the creation of the web banners, I used Libre Baskerville, which is a classic and timeless font. It sets a serious tone and a chic style.

I highlighted the YSW acronym, putting it in the center of the logo. Then I added a touch of gold. As a result, the new logo is elegant, impactful and memorable.
